Mark Wahlberg is known for being in great shape, but it comes with a price.

The 47 year old actor recently listed his daily routine for fans on Instagram, a routine that usually begins at 2:30 in the morning with 30 minutes of prayer time.

Wahlberg has breakfast at 3:30 am followed by a 95-minute workout followed by another meal, shower, snack, golf and "cryo chamber recovery". All this is done before 10:30 in the morning. An hour and a half is set aside each day for both a shower and a golf game.

This regime helped Wahlberg prepare for his role in the upcoming film Mile 22 which was released in the UK this month.Wahlberg was named the highest-paid actor in 2017.

The Mark Daily Menu includes steel oats, blueberries and peanut butter for breakfast at 3:30 am.

At 5:30 am, Mark has a protein shake, three turkey burgers, and five pieces of sweet potato.

At 8 am, he eats up to 10 turkey meatballs.

At 10:30am, he has a grilled chicken salad with two hard-boiled eggs, olives, avocado, cucumber, tomato, lettuce.

1pm means a New York steak with green peppers.

At 3.30pm,  grilled chicken with bok choi.

Between 5:30 and 6pm, Mark has either halibut, cod or a seabass, with some vegetables.​
